Description of Fees for Teams
Below are our fees for Regional and American Team Fees and what is provided. Please remember we are a no "flash' type club.
Fees Paid by Parent or Guardian (Regional Teams):
- Tryout Registration (Tribe VBC) $15 - non refundable
- If you are sent an offer to join a team, and you accept the offer, the following fees will be in place:
- $62 Registration fee paid to USAV when you register for a full membership. This is not paid to us. We request that you complete this membership ASAP after accepting a team offer.
- Regional Team Fees -
- 10 Regional to 18 Regional - $775 (paid in full) and if selecting our payment plan $800 - ($150 due up front and then payments through January 2024 (covers insurance, gym fees, tournament fees, coaching and club fees). Player will also need to purchase two jerseys ($60 per jersey) this is if they do not have a jersey from last season. If they have a jersey and need a replacement, they will need to purchase new ones as required ($150 will be due withing 5 days of accepting offers).
- American Team Fees - TBD - depending on teams and travel
- National Team Fees - TBD
We will have both a team store and a spirit wear store for players and families to purchase items of their choice. The team store will take the place of our "team packs" from last season. These will be opened up after all tryouts are completed and teams are rostered.
This is all the fees that we require. Please understand we keep this fee to a minimum to help as much as we can.
We will be offering two different fundraisers. These will be handed out at the parent meetings.
You will be invoiced for the amounts after accepting an offer to play.
We are also as understanding as we can be, we will work with you. If you are chosen to play on a team and your family is in a situation that you cannot afford the team fees or need more time, contact us and we will discuss it. We do have funds set aside and donations that are used for "scholarships". We obviously have to look at it on a case-by-case situation but please feel free to reach out and we can talk it over.
We had to raise our fees a little this year to cover the increase in fees that we pay for tournaments, registrations, rentals and other costs. We try to keep our fees as low as we possibly can, and we are way below the average costs for Junior Olympic Travel Volleyball. We offer many items for a volleyball family and try to go above and beyond as much as possible. Your experience is very important to us.
We will accept online payments or payments via check. There is a 3% fee for online payments.

PARENTS AND ATHLETES
Parents and athletes need to manage their SportsEngine accounts to ensure they get the most out of their The Tribe Volleyball Club experience during each sporting season. With their accounts properly configured, athletes and their families will receive communications according to their preferences and be able to complete registrations more efficiently. STAY CONNECTED TO YOUR TEAM
Keep connected to your team(s). Get schedules and team updates for every athlete in the house, plus a way to message other members on your team and a way to give coaches a heads up about practice. Enjoy unlimited access to scores & stats, photo/video sharing, and more.
ESSENTIAL PARENT HOW-TO'S
In many instances, more than one parent or guardian needs to be in the loop with a child's sports life. Using the mobile app, you can add additional guardians to an account. Guardians can 1) View games and events 2) RSVP to games and events 3) Send and receive messages to coaches and team members 4) participate in team chat
Once you've created your account, add your mobile phone so you can receive text messages from your team manager or coach.
Now that you have your mobile phone on your account, make sure you enable text messaging and any other notifications.
Following a Team on the SportsEngine Mobile App
Are you a family friend, grandparent or fan that wants to follow a specific team on the SportsEngine platform? Here is a quick guide to follow teams on the mobile app.
Do you need a second parent, other family member or nanny to get messages about schedule changes or game times? Add a second email address to forward all communications.
Do you need to send a question to your team manager or another parent about a ride? Follow these instructions on how to send messages using the mobile app.
Coaches and team managers need to know if you are going to able to attend a game or practice. You can easily RSVP using the mobile application.
